Vendor Application Process - Important Vendor Information
Please Read Before You Apply: 
Each year, we highlight some of the best, local vendors, artisans and curators at our one-day market. This spring, we're looking for lots of talented pickers, vintage and vintage-inspired curators to bring amazing, unique finds to our patrons. Additionally, we will be accepting vendors highlighting the beautiful Spring season and more. We want our customers to see lots of items for their outdoor spaces:  planters, yard art, plants, flowers, etc. Plus spring home and garden. Beyond these categories, we're looking for vendors offering unique and relevant items at reasonable prices. We don't always know what we'll find until we review all vendor applications. There is so much local talent and we're honored that you're interested in our event. We can't wait to discover new and exciting small businesses!

Please note that we use a "selection board" process to help with the growing number of applications we receive each year. Our event keeps growing and although we've expanded the space again this year, it's still impossible to accept every vendor that applies. Vendors not confirmed initially and vendors who apply after the cutoff will be placed on a waiting list in case of additional space OR cancelations. Our goal is to bring new vendors each year so the market keeps changing, which encourages people to come back time and time again! Mustard Seed also minimizes duplication of vendor types for two reasons: 1. Vendors have the best chance at success without similar, competing booths. 2. Customers have the most diverse selection each year.

2024 Vendor Fees:
Option 1: 10'x10' booth (inside warehouse) - $95
Option 2: 10'x10' booth (parking lot w/ food trucks & adjacent to car show area) - $85

Application Deadline: The primary window for applications was through Feb. 29th. However, we still have available spaces to fill. All applications submitted after Feb, 29th will be reviewed one, by one. Vendors who apply will receive a response from Mustard Seed within 5 business days.
